(All American Rascals Talent Agency) We are a blessed agency. We believe that God brings us the right talent and that He will take us places that we have only dreamed of. AARTA was started because of our love of this business and the actors. There is no better reason to be in this business other than for the love of ART! After 30 + years of casting, Judy and her husband, Birger, decided to open All American Rascals Talent Agency. All American Rascals opened in Long Beach, California in 2007. In early 2008 an additional office was opened in San Ramon. Judy Belshe-Toernblom, a 32 year professional in the Entertainment Business, has won three awards. Two awards for her screenplays and one Irwin Publicist Award for her book: "It's A Freeway Out There! Everyone's Guide To The Film and Commercial Industry."
Judy has worked as a Casting Director since the late 70s, giving first jobs to many of the celebrities you see on TV and in FILMS today. Her favorite story is being able to give Cuba Gooding Jr., his brother, Omar and sister, April all their first jobs in the business. She continues to work with many award winning Directors and Producers. Judy and Birger select the talent and run both the Commercial and Theatrical Departments. MANAGERS: This is our policy regarding managers. Managers are for advice and council to the talent. We will work with managers that work within that frame. If a California manager procures or tries to procure employment for the talent via submissions to various services, according to the laws of the State of California they MUST have a license with the State of California and they must be bonded by the State of California. |
